Take a fresh blade of grass or stem that's approx 4 to 5”. Fold in half and hold the folded end between your thumbs and forefingers, with the fold pointing towards your mouth
- Place your lips around the folded end and blow gently into the gap between the two halves of the blade
- Adjust the gap by moving your thumbs and forefingers closer or further apart until you hear a clear and consistent whistle sound
